The role
What an Online Support Partner does
Online Support Partners are the human face of Novaantra to thousands of customers. You'll resolve queries, guide users through our products, and turn everyday interactions into long-term relationships — all from the comfort of your home.
- Respond to customer queries across chat, email, social and voice.
- Diagnose issues, share fixes, and escalate when needed.
- Document each interaction in our CRM and knowledge base.
- Spot patterns and share product feedback with our teams.
- Champion the Novaantra brand — be helpful, honest and human.
What we look for
Requirements
- Strong written & spoken English (additional regional language is a plus).
- Reliable internet connection (min. 10 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
- Personal laptop and headset to start (we top up with a stipend).
- Customer-first mindset — patient, clear, calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with helpdesk, chat and CRM tools (we train you on ours).
- Available for at least 30 hours/week within an agreed shift window.
