Chairman's Message
A Journey of Vision, Grit & Innovation
My journey began in 2006, when I left home for Qatar in search of opportunity and purpose. From the bustling skylines of Doha, I moved on to Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, where I learned the rhythm of African enterprise, and later to San Diego, USA, where I sharpened my understanding of global business and technology.
For the last 17 years, Zambia — and the city of Lusaka in particular — has been home. It is here that the vision of Novaantra Group took root and grew. As a CGMA-qualified accountant, a software tester, and today an AI-driven code writer and product architect, I have always believed that finance, technology and human ingenuity must work together to create lasting value.
From auditing books in my early years to leading software quality assurance, and now writing AI-powered code, every chapter has prepared me for what we are building today: a group of companies designed to solve real problems for real people across Africa and beyond.
We are currently developing 10 innovative products — spanning HR & payroll, cloud hosting, hospitality, retail technology, communication, directories, AI search and more — each engineered to empower entrepreneurs, enterprises and communities.
